Nomad Surf Camp Lisboa esta en Costa da caparica a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Lisboa.
Nuestro campamento de surf está justo al lado de la playa (100 metros de la playa) y tiene vistas a una de las mejores playas de surf. Con una playa de arena muy larga y perfectos beach breaks; Es un lugar idílico para la práctica y el aprendizaje de Surf. Anfitriones adolescentes de edades de 13-17 años de Rusia, Italia, Reino Unido, Francia, Suiza, Bélgica, EE.UU., Canadá, España y otros países cada año.

En nuestro surf camp para niños en Lisboa, el desayuno fuerte incluye frutas, zumo de naranja, croissants, tostadas, pan integral, mermeladas, miel, leche, café, cacao, jamón, queso, muesli y corn flakes.
Las comidas y las cenas son variadas e incluyen toda la nutrición necesaria para adolescentes de esta edad. Incluyen un entrante o sopa, un plato principal y postre. También se incluyen zumos y agua. Atendemos a adolescentes celíacos o vegetarianos.

Supervision
Nomad Surfers lleva enseñando a niños a surfear desde 1998. Nuestro equipo de instructores titulados garantiza que los niños estén supervisados en todo momento — durante las clases de surf y las demás actividades — siempre acompañados por nuestros monitores para su seguridad y bienestar.
La libertad para salir del surf camp durante su tiempo libre sin acompañamiento solo está permitida con autorización de los padres. Se aplican normas.

Nuestro Campamento de verano para adolescentes en Portugal
FACILITIES
Nomad Surf Camps ha trasladado su operación en Lisboa a un edificio de nueva construcción junto a la playa, por lo que ahora nuestros campers pueden caminar solo 100 metros para llegar a las clases de surf.
Los adolescentes están supervisados por nuestro equipo las 24 horas, con asistencia médica (primeros auxilios). La entrada del Surf Camp permanece cerrada durante la noche y contamos con un guardia de seguridad en las instalaciones.
Los paquetes incluyen alojamiento en habitaciones compartidas de 6 u 8 personas. (También están disponibles habitaciones cuádruples, triples, dobles y individuales para mayor privacidad). Todos nuestros campamentos son mixtos, aunque la distribución de las habitaciones se hace por género.
Recomendamos a los padres proporcionar algo de dinero para la máquina expendedora del alojamiento, supermercado, almuerzo y cena del día de excursión, helados, souvenirs, bebidas u otras actividades no incluidas como el paintball, etc. También necesitarán dinero para el primer día, ya que solo tienen incluida la cena, y para el último día, cuando solo se incluye el desayuno.

El idioma principal en nuestro campamento de verano, y en todas las actividades en los surf camps para niños es el Ingles, aunque nuestros monitores también hablan castellano si es necesario.
La mayoría de chicos y chicas en los cursillos de surf para adolescentes son total principiantes. El Surf Camp de menores tiene una duración de 7 días aunque la mayoría de menores se quedan 2 o 3 semanas. Un dia extra de surf para los que se quedan 2 semanas. Las clases de surf se dan a tan solo 100 metros del alojamiento. Cada día hay 2 clases de surf, un total de 4 horas. Las otras actividades están enfocadas a mejorar vuestra cualidades deportivas, mejorar vuestra condición física y sobre todo que os divirtáis y vivir en este Surf Camp la mejor experiencia de vuestra vida!!

Como son las olas en Caparica?
Costa da Caparica es conocida por tener algunos de los mejores beach breaks de la región de Lisboa. También es donde se celebra uno de los campeonatos de surf más prestigiosos de Europa. Está protegida de los vientos del norte predominantes, por lo que suele estar más glassy que otras playas de Lisboa. Además, recibe un swell ligeramente más pequeño que zonas como Guincho o Praia Grande, lo que la convierte en un lugar ideal para surfistas, ya que en Costa da Caparica las olas suelen ser surfearles incluso cuando la costa oeste está demasiado grande.

LOCALIZACION
El Nomad Surf Camp esta a sólo 20 minutos del centro de Lisboa y del aeropuerto. Con una extensión de 13 km de playas de arena rodeada por las reservas naturales de Costa da Caparica Fossil Cliff y Mêdos National Woods, Almada también tiene en sus centros históricos innumerables lugares dignos de visitar, como la Casa Solar Zagallos, en Sobreda o el Centro de Arte Contemporáneo en la Casa da Cerca, en el Viejo Almada, entre muchas otras sugerencias. A sólo 1 minutoandando de la playa, restaurantes, panadería y supermercados.

TRANSFERS AEROPUERTO
No necesitas preocuparte por la llegada al Nomad Lisbon Surf Camp para adolescentes. Tenemos un miembro del personal en el Aeropuerto de Lisboa todo el día para recibir a los adolescentes y acompañarlos al campamento.
Llegadas y Recogidas
Ofrecemos recogidas en el aeropuerto de 14:00 a 20:00.
– El check-in de las habitaciones es después de las 16:00.
– Si tu hijo/a llega antes de las 14:00, deberás reservar el servicio fuera de horario, que incluye una tarifa por supervisión y uso de las instalaciones.
Puedes enviar a tu hijo/a en cualquier vuelo, pero para una llegada más fluida recomendamos vuelos que aterricen entre las 13:00 y las 18:00.
Salidas y Traslados
Realizamos traslados al aeropuerto de 08:00 a 14:00.
– El check-out de las habitaciones es antes de las 10:00.
– Los vuelos deben salir no antes de las 09:00.
– Si tu hijo/a necesita salir antes de las 08:00 o después de las 14:00, deberás reservar el servicio fuera de horario.
Nuestro personal acompañará a los adolescentes y los ayudará con el check-in en el aeropuerto el día de salida.
Traslados (Aeropuerto, Estación de Tren o Estación de Autobuses)
Solo necesitas enviarnos los detalles de llegada y salida de tu hijo/a.
Organizaremos el traslado desde:
– Aeropuerto Internacional de Lisboa
– Estación de tren de Lisboa
– Estación de autobuses de Lisboa
Si reservas el traslado con nosotros, recibirás:
– el punto de encuentro en el aeropuerto
– el nombre y número de teléfono del miembro del personal que recibirá a tu hijo/a
También se aplican tarifas adicionales si la aerolínea requiere el servicio de Menor No Acompañado (UM).
Tiempo de Espera
Tu hijo/a puede llegar al mismo tiempo que otros adolescentes provenientes de diferentes vuelos. Aunque siempre intentamos minimizar las esperas, pueden producirse tiempos de espera de hasta dos horas en el aeropuerto debido a retrasos en los vuelos o al tráfico.
“In June of 2018, I was lucky enough to find Nomad Surfers online. My son, Adam, was 16 at the time. We live in Santa Fe, New Mexico in the US. He had surfed 1 time in Costa Rica and really wanted an international camp experience. I had never heard of Nomad Surfers, but we took a leap of faith and signed him up! He did the 10 day Algarves, Portugal camp with Nomad Surfers iin 2018 and last summer (2019) he spent 10 days in Lisbon surfing with Nomad. Needless to say, HE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! Meeting young people from all over the world expanded his awareness and, quite honestly, changed his perception of the world and its opportunities. Thais Almeida was so helpful and made some nervous parents...put your 16 year old on a plane in New Mexico and hope that he lands safely in a surf camp in Portugal... feel secure. Last summer, Adam's phone was stolen in Lisbon on Day 3 and he was going to be spending some time in Barcelona after the Lisbon surf camp with friends from the Algarve 2018 camp (Not bad, huh?). Thais and her staff were incredibly helpful and facilitated regular communication until he was able to purchase another phone in Lisbon. Many, many thanks to Nomad Surfers. Nomad Surfers allows these young people to have structure and freedom; a great combination. I feel incredibly fortunate to have happened upon the Nomad Surfer website and my son is forever changed from the experience.”

“Hi Nomad Surf Camps, I recently got home from Caparica, Portugal. I really enjoyed my time at the camp and made lots of friends. We all enjoyed the camp so much that we are trying to arrange to go back next year. However, next year I will have turned 18 and as it’s an under 18’s camp I’m unsure as to whether I’ll be able to go. However, if I attended an over 18 camp I believe I would feel uncomfortable as the majority of people there would be adults and I will only be 18. As well as this I noticed that at the under 18’s surf camp I went to there were a couple of 18 year olds. One of the biggest reasons I would want to go back next year is to see the friends I made this year and I would not be able to do that if I went to the over 18’s camp. I really want to see my friends again and want to attend the under 18’s Caparica surf camp next year. Would this be allowed even though I will be 18? Many thanks, Archie”
